Learn calming and soothing massage techniques with your baby.
Our Baby Massage classes build connection and confidence through massage and play. Learn new stokes each week to build into a full body massage.

Tummy Time activity - Tracking and head turning

When your baby is in tummy time, have a go at encouraging them to follow a toy with their eyes to both sides and to turn their head to both sides.

Your baby should be able to turn their head equally to each side. They should also use both sides of their body equally. If they don’t then that’s where a Physio assessment can be useful to help work out why and to give you activities to do to address the asymmetry. Just drop me a message to book in.

👶🏽 Easy starter Tummy Time position 👶🏼

Summer video series number 1! Finally managed to make some videos with my youngest son being chief videographer - he asked for a shout out, so thank you to him!

This is a great position for tummy time which can grow with your baby and you can use wherever you are. You don’t need to be sat on the floor, on the sofa or on a chair is good too, just cross your legs and make sure you’re holding your baby securely.
