IMPORTANT MESSAGE

I have been made aware that there is a total power outage at the top of Fore Street, Kingsbridge on Tuesday 1st September.

Whilst I can use the scales, unfortunately my tablets do not have a very long battery life. In addition with no power at the Methodist Church, the lift is inoperable, and there will be no lighting which is a real health and safety risk.
This means that I have made the very difficult decision to cancel group on Tuesday.

The next group will run as usual on Tuesday 8th September.

However, you can still find me at Townstal Community Hall, Dartmouth on Tuesday 1st at 5pm and 7pm.
On Wednesday 2nd, group will run at Kingsbridge Care Hub at 6pm.

Well, what a summer it's been!

I can't quite believe that its already the end of August and that September is almost here.

What with world cups, eclipses, school holidays, regattas and festivals, heat waves, and droughts it certainly has been one to remember.

And this got me to thinking that as life settles down, you may be considering joining Slimming World?
