Stephanie also offers Reiki and crystal healing sessions based at Hera Wellness — a women’s wellbeing space where inner and outer care gently meet. The Enchanted Circle is a newer offering within The Wild Moon Company, created as a gentle extension of the brand. This includes a monthly subscription box and private online community space, designed to offer ongoing support, shared learning and seasonal spiritual inspiration for those who wish to deepen their journey. No previous experience is needed, simply come as you are and allow yourself the opportunity to slow down, recharge and reconnect. If you've been curious about Reiki but weren't sure where to start, this is a wonderful introduction in a relaxed and supportive setting.

This week's Full Moon, known as the Buck Moon, invites us to embrace renewal, resilience and personal power.

Named after the time of year when male deer regrow their antlers, the Buck Moon reminds us that growth isn't always easy, but every challenge we overcome shapes us into a stronger, wiser version of ourselves.

💜 The spiritual energy of the Buck Moon encourages us to:

• Embrace Renewal - Just as the buck grows new antlers each year, this moon reminds us that we too can rebuild after difficult times. Every ending creates space for a new beginning.

• Step Into Your Power - This is a beautiful time to honour how far you've come, trust your intuition and fully own your wisdom, confidence and inner strength.

💜 When does it peak?

The Buck Moon reaches its exact peak on Wednesday 29th July at 3:35pm (BST) here in the UK.

Although the exact peak happens during daylight hours, the moon will appear beautifully full both tonight and tomorrow night, making either evening perfect for connecting with its energy.

💜 Charging your crystals

Place your crystals outside, on a windowsill, or anywhere they can bathe in the moonlight tonight or tomorrow evening. Leaving them out overnight allows them to absorb the gentle, cleansing energy of the Full Moon before bringing them back inside in the morning.

As you place them beneath the moonlight, take a quiet moment to set an intention. Imagine the moon washing away stagnant energy while filling your crystals, and yourself, with clarity, strength and renewed purpose.

As many of you know, alongside running The Wild Moon Company, I also offer Reiki, Crystal Healing and Crystal Reiki treatments at HERA.

I'm taking a little time to recharge between 13th and 21st August, so if you've been thinking about booking a treatment, I'd recommend securing your appointment soon as July and early August are already starting to fill up.
