After a busy morning and a lovely lunch at Venture, it was time to wind down with a games afternoon! 🎲😊

And what better way than with the longest game of UNO EVER! 😂🃏

Obviously, Bekki took the win 🏆 followed by Josh, then Ben… and after that, we completely lost count! 🤣 Nearly 2 hours of UNO and, safe to say, we were all starting to get a little bored by the end! 😂

Still, plenty of laughs, a bit of friendly competition and some quality time together! ❤️

After a fun-filled morning, it was time to sit down and enjoy some dinner! 😋

Today’s menu was delicious bacon protein wraps, with fish fingers for Beth and Uzayr 🥓🌯🐟 — and they all went down a treat! There were plenty of happy faces around the table! ❤️

Bekki, Mel and the gang started the day with a trip to the shops 🛍️😂 There were plenty of laughs along the way, especially when everyone started trying different items on!

After a fun morning out, it was back to the centre for a full dance workout 💃🕺 Everyone got involved and absolutely loved it! Plenty of dancing, laughter and good times to start the day! ❤️

Danny and Uzayr didn’t have quite as long together today as I originally thought, as Uzayr was collected a little earlier than planned.

While they were together, they spent some time doing a bit of colouring in and some work around flags 🌍🏳️. Uzayr was incredibly knowledgeable and definitely impressed us with how much he knew!

With it being far too warm to head out, we decided to stay in and finish off the time with a film and a nice chilled afternoon 🎬😊

🎉💙 Josh’s Birthday Celebrations at Venture! 💙🎉

The gang at Venture couldn’t wait to welcome Josh in this morning and get the birthday celebrations started! 🎂🥳

First things first, it was off to the shops to grab the rest of the party food supplies before heading back to the centre, ready for a day all about Josh. 🎈🛒

Today was all about letting Josh choose what he wanted to do, and his choice was a Mario Kart competition on the Wii! 🏎️🍄🏆 A firm Venture favourite and the perfect way to spend some time having fun, plenty of laughs and a bit of friendly competition!

The birthday celebrations are well underway, and we can’t wait to make Josh’s day extra special! 💙🎂🎉

🎂💙 Of course, it wouldn’t be a Venture birthday without a birthday cake! 🎉🥳

After enjoying our party-style lunch, it was time for the best part… cake! 🍰🎈 Josh was treated to his very own birthday cake, and it definitely went down a treat!

A lovely way to continue celebrating Josh and making his special day one to remember. 💙🎂

🎉💙 After a fun-filled morning of Mario Kart, laughs and a little friendly competition, it was of course time for a party Venture-style lunch! 🎂🥳

The gang all tucked in and enjoyed some party food together, because no birthday celebration at Venture would be complete without plenty of food and good company! 🍕🍟🎈

The birthday celebrations for Josh are well and truly underway, and we’re having a lovely day making it all about him! 💙🎉

💙 What a day for Andrea and Joey! 💙

Today was a very long but very special day for Andrea and Joey! 🥰

They started the day with a trip to the cinema to watch Flushed Away on the big screen for its 20th anniversary. Joey was so excited to have the chance to see it at the cinema! 🎬🐭

They then headed over to the Trafford Centre for lunch, where Joey tried the Pizza Hut buffet. This was a new experience for him as he got to choose his own food and get his own drink, and he did brilliantly! 🍕🥤

Of course, no trip to the Trafford Centre would be complete without a visit to the Haribo store for Joey to get his favourite giant strawberries! 🍓😂

After that, Andrea and Joey headed to Heaton Park, grabbed a picnic and found a spot to watch the solar eclipse. 🌑🌞 Joey was so excited that he was going to see it and really enjoyed the experience.

Joey did absolutely amazing today, especially with how busy it was and the amount of people around. 💙

Andrea also wanted to say just how proud she is of Joey today. ❤️

At the end of the day, there was an incident coming out of the car park which meant they were stuck for nearly 2 hours 😩. After such a long and busy day, it could have been a difficult wait, but Andrea and Joey found a way to get through it together — with a good old sing-along to Joey's favourite film songs! 🎶😂

A very long day, but one filled with new experiences, lots of laughs and some lovely memories made together. Joey did amazing today! 💙💙💙

💙 Sorry this post is a little late! 💙

Last Wednesday, Andrea and Joey headed out for a great day at Chester Zoo 🦁🦒🐘

They had a lovely day seeing all the animals, enjoying a picnic and making some great memories together. Joey also treated himself to a VR dinosaur experience, which he absolutely loved! 🦖🥽

They also had a go on the lazy river, and Joey said he loved it and can’t wait to do it again! 🌊😄

Once back in Tameside, they headed out for tea at Bella Italia 🍕🍝 — the perfect way to finish off a brilliant day.

Lots of fun, plenty of laughs and some lovely memories made together. 💙
