Jo has recently relocated from Lincolnshire after over 20 years of working for herself and having her own clinic. She has a huge repertoire of holistic treatments under her belt and encourages people to listen to their bodies and utilise these holistic methods to de-stress, re-energise & boost themselves to bring a calmer, more functional lifestyle.
