So lovely to be part of the Ayurveda Alchemy Retreat with the Rewild & Thrive / Wellbeing Retreats / Wellbeing Coach tribe this weekend 💛🌿

Such a pleasure to guide a gentle yoga practice in the fresh air & sunshine with a fabulous bunch of ladies! A little time to slow down, breathe, move and reconnect with ourselves. ✨

We had sunshine, laughter, good vibes… bird p**p, muck spreading… we were at one with nature! 😂🐦💩

Thank you for having me - such a lovely day 🫶

POV: The workout was optional. The dramatic Michael Jackson fan moment was not 🥵

Things I’ve learned teaching Zumba in a heatwave:

☀️ Put your leggings & towel in the freezer 🩲
☀️ Accept that removing a sweaty sports bra is now a full-contact sport
☀️ A fan is no longer an appliance - it’s a relationship

Embrace your shine (ok sweat 🤪) but make sure you:

💧 Hydrate before, during and after exercise
🧊 Take extra breaks
🌡️ Lower the intensity if needed
👀 Watch for signs of overheating

Stay safe, stay cool, and if you need me, I’ll be over here having an MJ (or Beyoncé) moment in front of the nearest fan.

Don’t mind me… just cooling my chakras before class ✨🩵

How I’m cleaning on Michael Jackson movie release week:
moonwalking through chores like it’s a world tour 🕺🏻 🧼 ✨
