In the rustle of leaves, the rhythm of rain against the window, the birds singing in the distance, or the gentle movement of wind through the trees, there are quiet reminders to return to the present moment πŸŒ§οΈπŸ‚

So much of life can feel rushed and overwhelming. Our minds drift to the past or race ahead to the future, carrying worries, pressure, and endless thoughts β˜οΈπŸ’­

A little dance can do so much more than we realise πŸ’›
It can:
