If everything was different today.

What would you notice?

What would others notice?

Let me know in the comments?

08/06/2026

My invitation to you is to notice how you show up in a group setting?

Socially, professionally, educationally?

When you get uncomfortable do you need to be heard?

Talk alot but don't really say how you feel?

Shut down

Go into fixing others?

Because how you relate to.others is a pattern

Be curious?

Resetting your nervous system for safety

03/06/2026

The end result of growth is an illusion.

There is no finish line.

I'm OK now

You are just not seeking out enough discomfort.

If you are honest enough with yourself

There will be areas of your life you avoid.

I know there are in mine.

My invitation to you today:

What area of your life are you avoiding?

Let me know in the comments

02/06/2026

I removed something from my life recently,
and it made a bigger difference than anything else.

Body:
Group WhatsApps.
Constant noise.
Constant input.
Gone.

Same with ultra running—for now.
Because I started asking:
“Does this actually serve me?”
Not “can I push through it?”

What do you know you need to cut out?

Drop me a follow and let me know in the comments.

You don’t need more motivation.
You need to stop disappearing
when things get uncomfortable.
Because let’s be honest…
You’ve had motivation before.
You’ve had the plans.
The ideas.
The “this time I’m serious” moments.
And for a few days?
You’re locked in.
Then the discomfort hits.
Fatigue.
Doubt.
Pressure.
Boredom.
Resistance.
And suddenly…
The thing you said mattered most
starts slipping again.
Not because you don’t care.
Because your nervous system
doesn’t want to stay in discomfort.
So you leave.
You distract yourself.
Avoid it.
Tell yourself you’ll “start properly Monday.”
Again.

That’s why motivation isn’t the answer.
Because motivation disappears the moment discomfort arrives.
Identity doesn’t.

The men who change their lives aren’t always motivated.
They’ve just built the capacity to stay.
To do the thing anyway.
Even when they can’t be bothered.
Even when they doubt themselves.
Even when it feels uncomfortable.

So stop asking:
👉 “How do I stay motivated?”
And start asking:
👉 “How do I stop leaving myself when it gets hard?”
That question changes everything.

Today’s challenge:
Do one thing you’ve been avoiding.
Not when you feel ready.
Now.
Messy counts.

It feels real.
Convincing.
Logical.
Like it’s the right move.
“Leave it.”
“Do it later.”
“This isn’t working.”
“Maybe this isn’t for you.”
And most of the time…
You listen.

But here’s the truth no one tells you:
That voice isn’t clarity.
It’s protection.

The moment something feels uncomfortable…
your nervous system steps in.
Not to help you grow.
To keep you safe.
So it gives you an out.
A way to escape the pressure.
The uncertainty.
The risk.
And it sounds like your own voice.
That’s why it’s so easy to believe.

But if you keep listening to it…
You don’t build a better life.
You build a smaller one.

Try this:
Next time you feel the urge to quit…
Don’t act on it straight away.
Pause.
Give it 10 minutes.
Breathe. Move. Feel your body.
Then ask:
“Is this actually the right decision…
or am I trying to get away from discomfort?”

You don’t need to remove the urge.
You need to stop obeying it.

This is how you stop leaving yourself.

You don’t struggle to rest.
You struggle to be with yourself.

So you scroll.
Not because you’re tired…
but because you don’t want to feel what’s underneath.
Stress.
Pressure.
Overwhelm.
Silence.
Scrolling numbs it.
But it doesn’t resolve it.

So tomorrow…
You wake up in the same place.
Same pressure.
Same patterns.

Hard truth:
If your “rest” leaves you feeling worse…
It’s not rest.

Try this:
Replace 10 minutes of scrolling tonight with:
Sitting in silence
A short walk
Breathing
Or doing the thing you’ve been avoiding
Watch what changes.

You don’t need more time.
You need more presence.

25/05/2026

Just start the thing

Without being comfortable

Confident

Or having self-trust

You’re not overthinking. You’re avoiding.Let’s call it what it is.You tell yourself you need more clarity.More time.A bet...
23/05/2026

You’re not overthinking.
You’re avoiding.

Let’s call it what it is.
You tell yourself you need more clarity.
More time.
A better plan.

But the truth?
You’ve already thought about it enough.
That decision.
That message.
That next move in your business.

You’re not stuck because you don’t know…
You’re stuck because it feels uncomfortable to act.
So your brain does something clever.
It keeps you “busy” thinking.
Replaying it.
Tweaking it.
Waiting until it feels right.
But it never feels right.
Because the problem isn’t the decision.
It’s your capacity to sit with the discomfort that comes after it.
So you stay in your head.
Because thinking feels safer than doing.

Here’s the shift:
Overthinking isn’t intelligence.
It’s protection.
And the longer you stay there…
the smaller your world gets.

Try this today:
When you catch yourself going in circles…
Stop.

Ask yourself:
“Do I actually need more clarity…
or am I avoiding discomfort?”
Then act anyway.
Messy. Uncertain. Imperfect.
Just don’t stay stuck.
