So yesterday was an important day in the calendar for many reasons, to name a few -

✨ World Mental Health Awareness Day
✨ 10th day of the 10th month of a 10 year
✨ My grandson was 7 months old
✨ Craft Haus grand opening
✨ A month since my daughter got her 1st place

For me, it was a moment to remove myself from all things work related, the pressures of responsibility and my own mind

I went out to support the opening of CRAFT HAUS DERBY | Occult Bookshop An amazing space where you'll likely find me, book and coffee in hand on days off - although, may I suggest sampling the London Fog herbal blend curated by Craft Haus.

Watching the wonderful, entrepreneurial Jessica Messenger | PSYCHIC & OCCULTIST go from strength to strength since I first came to know her during the lockdown days, crafting wax from home, the setbacks and reinvention, to now having a joint venture with her lovely husband Lee Hamilton-Cooper is inspiring to say the least.

Just being present in the moment, drinking my herbal brew, watching the Morris dancers out the window, with my soon to be purchases, in probably the best seat in the Haus!

We all love our kids dearly… obviously 🖤

But after six weeks of feeding them, entertaining them, cleaning up after them and hearing “I'm bored” approximately 4,782 times…
