These past few months I have found new energy to address the four major duties in my life, Work, Family, Recreation and God. Work wise, distractions are less frustrating. I have learnt to bypass them by silently sticking to my pursuit of the goals set. It is going to take more action to follow the 10 - 5 - 1 -R mantra for fulfilment. Family wise, it takes precedence even above work commitments. The only way to minimise the distractions. It is SMART. Gives a good frame to work.

Our company has just started a new division. A three day trial in weight loss. It has drawn me back into working at my business again. The fact that it is so affordable for everyone makes me want to go out and shout it out to every one and get them on this.
