We’ve talked about the rename — but the real conversation is what it means clinically. PMOS is now understood as a metabolic and inflammatory condition, not simply an ovarian one. For women trying to conceive, that distinction matters enormously.
This whole-body perspective isn’t new to me. Looking at metabolism, inflammation, and hormonal health together has always been central to how I work — the science is simply catching up with what integrative practitioners have long understood.
If you’re navigating PMOS and feel like conventional care has only scratched the surface, this is for you.
