Rehab to Race Day🏃🏼‍♀️

I was meant to run the London Marathon this year but instead I watched from the sidelines. After months of training injury meant I had to defer and it really hurt to let go of a goal I had dreamed about and worked towards for so long.

But deferral isn’t the end of the story, it just means the goal shifts. 2027 is now the target and the Rehab to Race Day series starts here.

Watching the marathon, including a new world record be set, was inspiring and it’s made me more determined than ever to get to that start line next year. I help clients to recover and rebuild - now it’s my turn to go through that process.

Over the next year I’ll be documenting the journey:
