One of the best feelings isn't always seeing a number change on the scales ❤️. Sometimes it's putting on clothes and thinking: "I feel good today ✨!” Those little confidence moments can mean everything 🙌. I had loads of moments like that on my journey to my slimmer, healthier self. My best moment was fitting into these jeans!!!

Paul is a target member of the 7.30 group and has lost an incredible 7 stone. Both men are incredibly inspirational having turned their health around.
