✨Sound Baths at The Tranquil Cabin✨

Give yourself permission to pause, unwind and nurture your wellbeing. I look forward to welcoming you to a wonderfully relaxing evening at The Tranquil Cabin.

Alongside offering sound baths for individuals and group bookings I’ll also be offering regular monthly sound baths.

Dates this month -
• Monday 15th June
and
• Wednesday 24th June

🕰️Time: 7:00pm – 8:30pm

Your evening includes:
✨ Oracle card
✨ Guided meditation
✨ Sound bath
✨ Herbal tea and biscuit before you leave

Investment: £20 per person
(Booking essential due to limited spaces. Payment required at the time of booking.)

What to bring:
• Wear comfy clothing
• Yoga mat
• Blankets and pillows

Recliner chairs and a comfortable futon are also available to use.

Cancellation Policy:
Payments are non-refundable if cancelled 48 hours or less of the event.

Please note:
Sound Baths may not be suitable for everyone (pregnancy, pacemakers, epilepsy etc). If you have any questions, feel free to message me to discuss whether this experience is right for you.

I love this part of my day. Preparing the space ready for my clients. It’s part of the ritual and process; tuning into these sacred energies and bringing awareness to my breath. The present moment, the stillness. I spend sometime after the cabin is ready to cleanse the room with incense and sit for a while connecting with my spirit guides, my Higher Self and the Elementals I work with. They are the protectors of this sacred space. They ground me, give me guidance and help me to be the best version of myself. I ask that this space is held with love, compassion and healing and that any excess healing is sent out to the Universe - nothing goes to waste 💕🙏🏼💕

Rest, Recover and Reset. 😴🧘🛌

I’ve been a little quieter on here lately, taking some time to rest and reset, while also working behind the scenes — just at a slower pace than usual. (The weather hasn’t helped either!) ☀️🥵

One thing life teaches you very quickly is the importance of giving yourself grace and not comparing yourself to the person you used to be, let alone another person.

Sometimes that means learning to say no to others when you would normally say yes. Sometimes it means saying no to yourself when you know you can’t manage everything on your to do list. You have not failed, you’re human, not a machine 🤗

Learning to plan ahead, avoid overstretching yourself and set healthy boundaries can be uncomfortable, especially for people pleasers. But protecting your energy is really important, even when it feels difficult.

Taking a well deserved rest is not selfish. It’s a necessary part of life. We all need time to slow down and recharge. it’s what helps prevent burnout and keeps us well.

So next time you find yourself putting everyone else’s needs before your own, ask yourself, “is this absolutely necessary, or is it okay to say no”? Much love, Julie 💕🙏🏼💕

Today’s little reminder is to let you know that you are amazing.

You’ve faced challenges, overcome difficult days, and if you’re reading this right now, you’re still here after all the ups and downs of life.

You may not believe what I’m about to tell you, but I want to let you know that I see you. 🤗

You’re strong.
You’re courageous.
You’re worthy of being happy.

And you’ve already survived your hardest days.

So give yourself credit for everything you’ve achieved, even the things no one else sees.

Be proud of yourself.

You’re amazing 🤩 and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise!

🌳GROUNDING🌳

With energies feeling especially intense lately, this is your reminder to ground yourself. ✨

Grounding brings us back to the present moment instead of getting lost in fear, overwhelm, distractions, or the emotions and energy around us.

One of my favourite grounding practices is visualising myself as an ancient oak tree during meditation, with deep roots anchoring into the earth. Just like the oak, we cannot grow strong, stable and supported without strong roots beneath us.

Grounding helps us feel calm, safe, connected to our bodies and clear within our own energy. It also supports the mind, body and nervous system in such a gentle but powerful way.

Simple grounding can be:
🌿 Walking barefoot on grass
🌊 Sitting by the sea
🌬 Breathing fresh air
🌳 Spending time in nature

We are spiritual beings, but we are also here to fully experience being human — present, connected and grounded in the now. 🦋💕🙏🏼

🌺Blossom & Rise 🌺

What a beautiful three days spent together — none of us wanted it to end.
Under Friday’s full moon, we released what no longer served us and opened ourselves to receive all that is meant for us. Through cacao, connection, vision boards and manifestation, something truly special unfolded.

We laughed, we cried, we released and we received.
We blossomed and we rose.

The number 8 seemed to follow us from the moment we arrived (even down to a house with the number 88 on our walk to the chip shop), a little reminder that we were divinely connected and here to manifest the highest version of ourselves.

So much laughter, joy, and healing shared — and memories that will stay with us always 💕🙏🏼💕
