I used to struggle with low self esteem and 'Imposter Syndrome' and know how debilitating it can be. Feeling discontented with life and with my career, I gradually started to realise what was holding me back. Me. I was my own biggest enemy. I would go to job interviews and get the job then the self doubt would creep in... "You can't do it" "They'll realise they've made a mistake" "You're not good enough". These self-deprecating thoughts stole my confidence and any opportunities I had. I realised that things would never change unless I changed.

Now here I am, having achieved my ambition to become an accredited Therapist and be my own boss. I don't want anyone else to struggle for as long as I did thinking that they're not worthy or less equal to others. I want to empower you to develop your own secure roots from which you can blossom and continue to grow into the person you were always meant to be without self doubt holding you back.
