Hello lovely people! Here is this week's availability.

I've had such lovely results with Myofascial Therapy recently.
Being able to provide relaxation, pain relief and increased movement with one therapy really is inspiring!

I love the fact that I can blend in soft tissue work, massage, work on scars and cupping therapy as needed. It's so flexible.

And working with hormones, gut health, mood, anxiety and pain using Homoepathy never fails to AMAZE ME!

There are plenty of slots to choose from and remember that there are extra FRIDAY APPOINTMENTS available in September so, snap them up!

To accommodate changing routines, ebbs and flows (yours and mine), I alter my hours here and there. September provides the opportunity for me to offer you Fridays!

So, as well as my usual Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday opening hours, you will find three Fridays on the booking system for September; namely the 11th, 18th & 25th.

🌿Someone asked the other day; "what massage do you do in Gressenhall now?

I practice something called INTEGRATED MYOFASCIAL THERAPY which just means that I combine several manual therapies into one blended session. They are;

🔶Myofascial Release (MFR)
🔶Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapy
(seen in remedial sports massage)
🔶Scar Tissue Massage
🔶Cupping Therapy

Together these make Integrated Myofascial Therapy a safe, gentle, flexible and useful manual therapy that's suitable for lots of people and a wide range of symptoms.
For instance things that we might see described as;

🔸Muscle pain, stiffness & tension
🔸Joint pain & mobility issues
🔸Repetitive strain injury (RSI)
🔸Chronic Pain & Fibromyalgia
🔸Breathing difficulties
🔸Neck pain, jaw pain & TMD

There are a few conditions and medications that rule out treatment, but each new client receives a full consultation where that's discussed in detail.

🌿Mind, Body, Nervous System
Clients find it hard to get their head around the fact that light touch can have such a big effect. Because I’m working with the nervous system I don’t need to use brute force. I would say, give a few treatments a try and see what you think.
