I write this with a heart ladened with love that has no place to go. Our little Tootie passed over on 13th Aug at 13 years old, just after the solar eclipse, which feels fitting for our beautiful little ray of light and joy.

Anyone who knows Jason and I well, will know what a huge part of our life she was, being present for over half of it.
She was there for each major event in our young adult lives.
From our Engagement, wedding and first home, to comforting us through the grief of losing many loved ones,
lying licking my feet as starseed moved to other worlds,
witnessing me hold circle, journey with plant medicine, being a walking little medicine herself for the beautiful souls who entered Havenhill, and so so much more.
She undeniably has touched countless hearts.

She made me laugh and she licked away many tears in the darkness when no one else was present.
She saw me, all of me, and loved me unconditionally.
Such is the love of your Daemon (iykyk).

I told Jason the day he proposed that, incredible as that gift was, it did not beat the day he surprised me with her...and he agreed.

She changed something in me, in us, forever.

I know some diminish this heart expanding love, which feels so sad to me - because what we experienced for 13 years, even though my heart is shattered today, I feel so so blessed beyond words for.

I will continue to wonder in the days ahead as I gratefully remember her, about how something so small can leave a print so large on this heart.

For all that your very BIG soul in a Tootie little being has taught and gifted me,
I will love you forever,

This videos a snippet of an answer to a question we get asked a lot:

What's the key to your relationship?

As you can see, we laugh A LOT, because we play a lot, taking ordinary moments and turning them into memories.

This was taken yday at Horn Head, Dunfanaghy, during a spur-of-the-moment โ€œmagical mystery tour,โ€ where we simply followed a road to see where it would take us. Just because we wanted to lean into the magic of the unknown known as life!

So when I say 'play', it's this, or for example, at 10pm on Sat night, making a snap decision to leave the comfort of the living room and play badminton outside, in our PJs, Wimbledon sound effects and all.๐Ÿ˜… Why? Because it was warm, and sure there wasnโ€™t a breath of wind andโ€ฆwhy not?

Isnโ€™t that what life is about? Taking a seemingly ordinary evening and elevating it with some spontaneous whimsy, just because.

In otherwords, we donโ€™t take ourselves too seriously. Life already carries enough weighty moments, so we choose lightness, innocence and clean fun whenever we can.

Itโ€™s singing off-key together, having mini dance-offs, taking turns reading fiction to each other at night, or playing a mini game of Uno to decide who cleans the kitchen.

Itโ€™s also allowing ourselves to collapse into each other without judgement. To have bad days, while accepting that the other might interrupt the heaviness with some childish banter.

Yes, itโ€™s annoying. He always breaks me and makes me smile ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ˜†

That doesnโ€™t mean we bypass the hard stuff. We sit in it. We honour it. We feel it deeply. And then, when weโ€™re ready, we loosen our grip and return to the joy of living.

We choose honesty in how we communicate with each other and with ourselves - and honestly? Life is a gift so we keep choosing to re~member with that truth.

When you live from here, youโ€™d be surprised how much you stop sweating the small stuff.

Does that mean life and love arenโ€™t hard sometimes? Of course not. But life is what we make it, and we choose to make ours one of love, joy, laughter and freedom through deep feeling.

So this is your gentle reminder to laugh today. God made us, look around, you can clearly see a sense of

These past two weeks have been so full, and yet quiet.

I gifted myself the space to slowly enter the world again, although the world had other plans. It was in those times that remembering this truth has kept me anchored when a physical practice was not possible. Being in the moment fully was all that was available, and choosing to move from being in MY busy mind, to seeing through the eyes as the 'I' behind 'me'.

Gifting my human self compassion when my nervous system kept me anchored in fear through old pattern responses.

Knowing this now, I let it go and return to full connection...well as much as I can quantify at this time (as more is always available I have learned).

India has taught me so much, but mostly, it's taught me how little I know in my mind, and how much I know in my body and soul.

The greatest knowing, is knowing we know so little.

It's humbling and such a relief all at once. I'm happy to re~member I am but an atom in just one cell in the great body of the Divine.

And this atom is vibrating with dreams of creation, quietly waiting to birth new realities.

So I will continue to practice, dream, create and birth.

The new chapter has begun. Let's see where it takes us.

Feeling so grateful to have experienced my first puja, a traditional Hindu ceremony of prayer, gratitude and offering, in the peaceful just around the corner from our beautiful hotel, Seventh Heaven. If you're ever in Rishikesh, I highly recommend them both.

As I placed herbs onto the sacred fire, my prayers stretched far beyond myself.

I prayed for the people I love,
I prayed for those carrying heavy hearts,
I prayed for the land, the sea, the rivers and the air,
I prayed for this beautiful world that holds us all.

And in that moment, I realised that when we pray for all of life, we are praying for one another.

So if you're reading this...

Know that you were held in my heart too.

Sending love from my deeply grateful heart today ๐Ÿฅน

Kirtan has become a real medicine for me.

Jason gifted me a Shruti box for Christmas, knowing how much I love to use my voice and chant. It's one of the things I've missed most whilst being away.

Sitting here, surrounded by voices in devotion, singing mantras that seem to settle somewhere far deeper than words ever could, has stirred something deep within me.

There is something incredibly moving about sharing your voice in this way. Every chant feels like an invitation to come home to myself, to soften, to breathe a little deeper, and to simply be.

These evenings have become some of the most treasured moments of my time in India.

They've reminded me that connection with the Divine can be found in vibration, in breath, in music, and in the simple act of opening your heart.

I'm already looking forward to sitting with my Shruti box when I return home, knowing that a little piece of India will come home with me every time I begin to chant.

What else is there to say?

"I feel blessed" doesn't even begin to cover it.

Every soul deserves to experience a love like this.

A love that doesn't know distance ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ
Even though we're miles apart, my heart is filled with a deep peace, knowing we hold one another no matter where we are in time or space.

This love is timeless. It's sustaining. And my heart is bursting with gratitude for this incredible human I get to call my soulmate.

One of the greatest gifts of our relationship is knowing that when life calls one of us somewhere, the other doesn't clip their wings.

We hold the dream together.

We champion one another.

We create the space for each other to become more fully ourselves.

And what fills me with the deepest gratitude is that when I think about coming home, all I feel is excitement! I can't wait to be wrapped up in his arms again, to smell his skin, and to hear all the magic that's unfolded in his inner world while we've been apart.

There isn't a day that passes that I'm not grateful for all that he is.

Whether men like this really exist...

I can promise you, ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ๐˜† ๐—ฑ๐—ผ!

So don't settle for the relationship that asks you to become smaller.

Know it's possible to experience a love that reminds you of your own vastness.

To find someone who sees the Divine in you because they've learned to recognise it within themselves.

The man who hears the world say, "You're too much," and smiles before saying,

"๐™๐™ช๐™˜๐™  ๐™ฉ๐™๐™–๐™ฉ, ๐™—๐™–๐™—๐™ฎ... ๐™—๐™š ๐™ˆ๐™Š๐™๐™€." ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Jason, thank you for always walking beside me, for holding my hand when I need it, and for being the gentle hand at my back whenever life's edges ask me to grow and step more fully into the sacred mystery of the unknown.

Twenty-one years in, we're still learning.

Still choosing.

Still flowing.

Like water, finding new ways to move through life together.

Here's to a lifetime of being water,
and taking up every space we enter ๐Ÿ’ง๐Ÿ”ฅ

I love you.

Always.

There is something about being beside Ganga Maa that is hard to put into words.

I've watched people come to pray, cry, laugh, wash and to simply sit in her presence.
And every day she keeps flowing.
She doesn't cling to where she's been.
She doesn't resist the rocks in her path.
She doesn't hurry.
She doesn't stop.
She simply continues.

Observing this beautiful river has taught me so much during my time here in India.

It's reminded me how much energy we spend holding on.
Holding on to old stories.
Holding on to expectations.
Holding on to control.
Holding one to material things!
But she, doesn't do that.

She moves, adapts, she finds another way.

We forget we are made of water, and that we too can shape mountains without force.
We can transform our inner landscapes through patience.

Just like water, we can trust the journey without needing to see round every bend in the river of life.

As I've sat beside Ganga Maa, I've found myself asking, where in my own life could I soften?
Where could I flow instead of forcing?
Where could I trust instead of gripping so tightly?
So I listen to what these holy waters gift me.

To live and move in flow with something greater than ourselves.

To trust that life knows how to carry us, one current at a time.
