One of my clients had a little knee injury caused by lateral mal-tracking of the knee, ( this occurs when the outside thigh muscle known as the vastus lateralus pulls the knee to the side.) When this condition is left untreated or mid-diagnosed as ‘wear an tear’, the client may have many years of pain before having to finally get knee surgery.
This condition is easily treated with a session or 2.
