How would I look after a C-section scar?

This is the exact roadmap I would follow.

There is so much conflicting advice out there, and it is easy to feel lost or stuck in pain. But recovery is not random.

It follows a predictable physiological timeline, and when you support your body during the right windows, you get better results.

In the early weeks, the goal is purely hydration and healing.

At 8 weeks, we safely introduce protection for longer periods of the day. Silicone strips offer hydration and protection for 12 to 24 hours.

By 12 weeks, we shift focus to tissue mobility to prevent adhesions.

Around 12 weeks, mums often think their scar is going to stay like this forever.

That is when you are most prone to go backwards, especially with sun exposure and pigmentation.

By 6 months, scars are either fading or becoming more noticeable. The best approach here is often using vitamin E to help improve the colour.

When recovery is broken down like this, it is so simple that you cannot get confused.

Cut out the noise and focus on the things that work.

Share this with a friend who might need it.

Ask me specific questions about your scar below and I will answer them for you.

Comment "DISCOUNT" if you want results like this.

When she became a mum for the first time, her life changed, but with this came scars and changes she didn't like.

She had two choices:

1 - Do nothing.
2 - Follow research and get life-changing results.

Thankfully, she chose option 2 rather than waiting around, disliking her scar, core, and postpartum changes.

She wants more children in the future; she's still young. She has so many holidays, bikinis to wear, and family photos to take, alongside playing with her young kids pain-free and energetic.

With your body, what's your choice?

Remember there is no right or wrong answer, it's your choice.

Comment "DISCOUNT" below to join our priority list, if you want success like this mum, and you'll get our program cheaper if you're quick enough.

The simplest scar secret backed by clinical data... ๐Ÿคซ

Comment "SECRET" and il show you how.

Weโ€™ve all been told to โ€œlet a cut air out and form a scab.โ€

But according to modern dermatology research, that is the worst thing you can do if you want to minimize a scar.

What the Research Says:

When a fresh injury dries out and scabs over, it creates a hard barrier.

Clinical studies published in Dermatologic Surgery show that scabs act as a literal roadblock, forcing new skin cells to dive deep underneath just to close the gap.

This prolongs healing and keeps inflammation high, which triggers your body to overproduce thick, raised collagen.

The Fix: vaseline!

Stop guessing and start getting results๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

Clinical studies published in Dermatologic Surgery show that scabs act as a literal roadblock, forcing new skin cells to dive deep underneath just to close the gap.

This prolongs healing and keeps inflammation high, which triggers your body to overproduce thick, raised collagen.

The Fix: vaseline!

Eliminates scabbing entirely, allowing skin cells to migrate across the surface up to 50% faster.

Correctly signals the skin barrier to calm down, leading to a much flatter, softer scar structure.

Reduces the "healing itch," preventing secondary trauma from scratching.

Data also shows plain vaseline is just as effective at preventing infection in clean wounds as expensive over-the-counter antibiotic ointments, without the high risk of allergic reactions.

Stop guessing and start following research ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ
