As part of Pride Month, I'm once again offering one free 50-minute counselling sessions to 5 individuals (age 18+)

Following the recent Supreme Court ruling, I would particularly like to extend this invitation members of the transgender community, who may be finding the news difficult, unsettling, or simply in need of a space to talk.

Really appreciate this reminder about ending sessions with care. I’ve noticed how different endings can feel if a client, especially an individual with complex trauma, is grounded or still dysregulated and how important it is to agree together what’s most helpful in that moment.

Introducing The Circle Embrace

I'm honoured to share that I am now offering Circle Work alongside my counselling practice at Willow Tree Path.

A circle is a place to arrive as you are.
A place where words can flow or where silence can be enough.
Where we sit together, with openness and respect,
and remember what it feels like to simply be
and connect deeply to ourselves, others and the present moment

I am offering three different kinds of circles:
🌿 A circle for the neurodivergent community
🌿 A circle for the trans community
🌿 A circle open to everyone

This is not counselling, but something different
- a way of gathering that has been part of human tradition for centuries.
