We are aware that moving to a care home is a big decision, therefore we are here to help and guide you through every step and make the transition as smooth as possible. 🎨🖌️ Today our residents came together for a fantastic Creative Mojo session, creating a beautiful group painting inspired by the Great Western Canal.

Working together, everyone added their own unique touch, resulting in a wonderful piece of artwork that reflects teamwork, creativity, and plenty of smiles along the way. We are so proud of what everyone achieved together.

Well done to everyone who took part – it was another brilliant afternoon of creativity and fun! 💙✨

🌹🫖 Saturday 4th July was National Alice in Wonderland Day! ♠️♥️

The residents were busy with many games and tasks throughout the day, including painting the roses red 🌹, pin the grin on the Cheshire Cat 😸, word searches, mazes, the Caterpillar word game 🐛, Alice in Wonderland picture bingo, and many other activities before making it to the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party 🎩☕️ at the end.

The residents enjoyed eating their jam tarts 🥧, cakes 🧁, and, of course, plenty of cups of tea ☕️. To finish the day, we all relaxed and unwound by watching the movie 🎬💙

Although we’re a little late sharing our photos, we had a fantastic Father’s Day celebration at Culrose!
Residents enjoyed a delicious meal, took part in some fun games, and shared lots of laughter throughout the day. It was wonderful to see everyone having such a great time and making special memories together.

☀️ Here at Culrose we have been enjoying the beautiful summer weather. ☀️

Our residents have loved making the most of the warm summer sunshine. ☀️

A few of us have even been out and about enjoying the beautiful countryside and our lovely little village, while others have been relaxing on our veranda and in the courtyard, making the most of this wonderful time of year. 🌿☀️

We have had lots of fun and laughter at Culrose, creating special memories together and enjoying all that the summer season has to offer. 😊

We are all looking forward to the sunny weeks and months ahead. ☀️🌻☀️

This week at Culrose has been full of joy, colour, and the lovely feeling that spring has truly arrived 🌱🌷🐣

Our residents have been making the most of the brighter, longer days by getting creative and spending time together. We’ve been busy painting bird boxes, hoping to welcome some new feathered visitors soon 🪶🪹 Next on our list is making bird feeders – we can’t wait to see what wildlife comes to visit! 🐦‍⬛

Last week, some of our wonderful ladies rolled up their sleeves and got their green fingers ready, creating beautiful flower arrangements that are now brightening up the home for everyone to enjoy 🌷 Their hard work has really brought a fresh, springtime feel indoors.

We also celebrated a very special Mothering Sunday 💕 The home was filled with love, laughter, and precious moments as residents spent quality time with their families. It was truly a heartwarming day for all.

last week was full of creativity and festive fun! on thursday, we enjoyed creative mojo crafts, making feline-themed christmas creations. on friday, we had a fun and energetic armchair exercise session with amy, followed by a sweet afternoon celebrating national gingerbread day by making a gingerbread house and decorating christmas gingerbreads! 🎄🎅

Yesterday our residents enjoyed some fun Christmas quizzes, followed by painting festive tree decorations and snowflakes! 🎄❄️ In the afternoon we carried on the Christmas spirit by baking some delicious mince pies together! 🥧✨
