It's a sunny day and I'm playing out in the garden, with bubbles and colours from the sky, shine, a sprinkle of water from the watering can that my Father is feeding the garden plants and flowers with, and here I am with my dolls pushing them around in my pram as a Mother as a 5 year old feeling the human energies that wander around in my back garden. I've always been playful, interested in human
emotions and behaviours, fascinated and captured by others, and the exploration of the body. I've come to the realisation that yoga has always been present within my soul from an early age or all of my soulful years. I began an intensive week of yoga for the 'first time' after my first year of University in Cornwall. I jumped in and followed the 2nd series of Ashtanga Yoga with a lady that recommended soup, and bread and butter to soothe our muscles. Then I moved into a yoga module on my Theatre degree in Falmouth whilst at University. In November 2016 I completed my Yoga Teacher Training qualification in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha and Pranayama in Bali, Indonesia. I am 200hour Certified and Insured. Since then I have been diving deep into my psyche with healing practises and therapy. Meditation has seen me through most days, and whilst I still practise yoga, yin yoga is where my bodily make-up sits most happily. But I really enjoy powering my students through the Vinyasa series. My favourite yogi hobby is sitting with our breath. This is what we can rely on whilst living.
