I’ve been working with mothers for the best part of 25 years and I feel as strongly about this now as I did way back when I first started - Post natal mental health is complex.
All caused by a combination of neurological and huge hormonal changes coupled with reduced sleep and untold pressures, there’s a lot going on.
Symptoms vary in frequency and intensity but the main take away is that you are not alone.
