As much as I love what I do, I kindly ask everyone to respect the time and energy I dedicate to each appointment.
✨ Please remember:
– If you’re running late, always let me know as soon as possible.
– If you’re more than 15 minutes late with no message, your appointment may be cancelled and deposit will not be refunded.
– No-shows and last-minute cancellations affect not only me, but also other clients who could have taken that time.
– Deposits are non-refundable and secure your slot – they also protect my time and business.
I always give my full attention to every treatment, and I plan extra time between appointments so no one feels rushed. In return, I kindly ask for communication and respect.
