Rebalance Pilates Rebalance Pilates is ran by Jo Fleming. I am a Physiotherapist and a Pilates instructor. All levels of Pilates from beginners to advanced levels.

We are a group of APPI trained physiotherapists teaching classes in the mornings and evenings in Didsbury and Heaton Moor, we provide strong support & safe progression for everyone Held in the beautiful Didsbury Studio on Warburton street, come down the cobbles to find us in the quiet central location of Didsbury. We have regular classes morning and evening along with Zoom online classes so you can still keep fit during the times you can’t leave the house!
