and unwind to encourage a happier, healthier you. I am passionate about providing a haven for you to feel comfortable, relaxed and take the time you need to release your worries to fully switch off and gain the most from your chosen treatment. People book appointments for a variety of reasons but ultimately they have decided to take charge of their own health and well-being. I believe in the holistic approach to health and think that we are like snowflakes in that no two are the same; we are all unique individuals and our approach to full health needs to be tailored to what is best for us. I am a fully qualified therapist trained in Reflexology, Reflexology Lymph Drainage, Facial Reflexology, Menopause Reflexology, Ear Reflexology, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Reiki, Zone Face Lift and Indian Head Massage. A few years ago I was run down due to over-exercising, not eating the correct foods for my body and not managing my excessive stress levels adequately. I have always had a love of all things natural and found that complementary therapies, along with nutritional therapy, played a huge part in my journey to full health.

My workshops will be taking a summer pause due to other commitments, returning again in the autumn for a new season of rest, movement and balance.

There are still spaces available at this Friday’s 90-minute Yoga Workshop, and I would be delighted to see you there if you can make it along.

In this workshop we will start by settling ourselves and letting go off the week. We will do Humming Bee Breath to help calm and soothe followed by a gentle asana practice to twist, stretch and move in ways that allow for wakening up the body in this season of spring and helping us grow, ready for early summer; which is hopefully just around the corner 🌞

We will finish with a 20 minute Yoga Nidra melting tension into relaxation ☺️
