We've had some gorgeous collaborative events at The Space recently - welcoming in the spring in the best way.

From 🌟 Pilates & Lattes with .with.francesca and to 🌟Yoga & Sound with and - it makes us sooo happy to see these wonderful events taking place and different practitioners coming together to create something unique.

You can join .with.francesca & for classes here every week - see the pinned post for times, and regular events.

Sarah offers massage & sound therapy treatments, as well as regular soundbaths. Always dreamy.

Cat Rowe has been making the most of the beautiful weather & taking her Tarot cards outside. Cat offers Insight Healing, Tarot & Intuitive Massage at The Space.

My intention of late was to post a little weekly round up, but life just keeps on life-ing so here's a few random photos from over the last couple of weeks.

1) Jo, our magic house plant gardener, moved some of the trailing plants around & now it's looking a little less wild over here. 💚 we do still love the jungle vibes, just try to keep it as a tame jungle. We get so many compliments about our plants & the good energy they create.

2) Geraldine is really pleased to now be offering a 'Map my Mole' service, to help speedily assess moles and skin lesions. This sits beautifully alongside her work in clinical skincare, electrolysis and blemish removal. Geraldine is at The Space on Thursdays and some Saturdays, always in a wonderfully colour uniform.

3) it was so lovely to properly chat to Michelle recently, and hear more about her work as a Colour Guide, which is so interesting, I can't wait to have a session. Michelle will be working here as a therapist very soon, and will hopefully join us for some events too.

4) my wonderful laundry fairy (aka my Aunt Lindy), dropped off a basket of my massage blankets and towels having taken them home to wash as I was feeling a tad overwhelmed. It really does take a village sometimes. 💖

The Space - your sanctuary for movement, healing and community.

A quiet home for yoga, Pilates, fitness, holistic therapies, bodywork, beauty therapy, talking therapy and seasonal gatherings, all set in the Norfolk countryside.

A place to return to yourself, connect with others, and explore what it means to live well.

Just the most beautiful week of weather, and wellbeing, at The Space.

1) sunshine and shadows in treatment room 2

2) working hard in personal training sessions with Kirsty K L Fitness and Recovery. Kirsty offers PT, boxercise & sports massage at The Space. AND it was her big birthday this week 🥳

3) Pilates demo with Sarah Sarah ︱Physiotherapist︱Pilates︱Mummy MOT︱Massage - Sarah teaches 4 physio-led Pilates classes per week at The Space, as well as seeing patients for musculoskeletal, Mummy MOT and pelvic health physiotherapy (& still has time to reply to random physio queries at 9pm at night 💕)

4) bunnies and blossom across the grass, while Kirsty had lunch - the perfect spring scene. It's days like to day that being surrounded by nature really comes into its own.

5 & 6) biking & bouncy nets at Highlodge. I had some time off this week so here's a couple of bonus non-space photos from our family trip to Thetford forest, the forest is so beautiful & soothing to be in, I love it. The new high nets are great fun!

The original intention when we set up The Space was to create a place to share our own wellness practices and classes (yoga & massage), and maybe a few others would join us - or so we tentatively hoped.

And they did. More so than we could have ever dreamed possible. The Space today offers an amazing range of classes, therapies, workshops, and treatments with lots of INCREDIBLE practitioners & teachers, and we honestly could not be more proud of that.

But one thing that we didn't anticipate was how much we would love to work here doing all the myriad of non-client facing tasks that running a business involves. As our families have grown & our own homes have become busier, this has become more of a necessity than ever. Sitting with our laptops and a cuppa, together or alone, The Space offers us peace, calm & productivity.

And we've been thinking. Why not offer this out to everyone else? So we created to share about all the ways that you can work at The Space.

You too can come here to work, in peace, with others, on projects, dreams & ideas. This is for freelancers, creatives, and entrepreneurs as well as practitioners, therapists & teachers.

If you are interested in working here, come along to our launch event on Friday 13th March, where we will gather (free of charge) to recharge, share and inspire. Find out more

We will continue to share our classes & many other wellbeing practices here.

We hope to see you soon, whether it's for work, rest or play!

January is nearly over, the evenings are getting fractionally lighter, the air has a hint of spring (sometimes) & the mood at The Space HQ is boyant.

We are working HARD on some exciting projects at the moment. All will be revealed next week.
