A moment of calm for two this morning in the treatment room 💫
Double reiki and relaxation for two wonderful people.

I love simmer pots. They are a natural and mindful way to fragrance your home without any chemicals or nasties. You can be creative or just add what you have. If you dont have any herbs in the garden you can always reach for the spice rack ❤️. Whilst gathering cuttings I was excited to see flowers on the rosemary and there is definately more life coming into the garden every day now 🌸.

Always remember to give the pan a good shake before adding water...and return any little crawlies back to their home in the garden ❤️🙏✨️.

A beautiful morning of releasing energy that no longer serves, making space and setting intentions for ourselves and sending love to others and to the world. Followed by a soothing session of Indian head massage, Japanese face massage and some beautiful Reiki energies.
It has been a magical day in the treatment room ✨️

As the new year begins I feel blessed to be back in this calming space.
As wintering continues, its time to snuggle down on those cold dark magical evenings, nourish ourselves with warming winter soups and steaming cups of cocoa.
Dig out the book and blanket, breath and slow down..

The treatment room is also entering its winter phase...extra candles, hot water bottles, heated blankets and extra warmth. Join me for a moment of calm this winter ✨️❄️✨️
