Your results are a moment in time — they do NOT define you. 💛

Exam results can feel like they say everything about your future, but they don’t measure the qualities that truly make you who you are.

They don’t show your kindness, creativity, courage, commitment, humour, loyalty, compassion, or how much you care about others.

Whether you’re celebrating results, feeling disappointed, or still waiting to find out what comes next, remember: you are so much more than a set of grades.

One thing I’ve found through my work, particularly with adults, is that scheduling a “worry time” really does work. 💭⏰
Rather than letting worries take over the whole day, setting aside a specific time to acknowledge them, think them through and then move on can make such a difference.

It sounds simple — but sometimes the simple things really do work. 🩷

TONIGHT’S PANORAMA highlighted the growing number of families choosing home education. It was a timely reminder that every child is an individual, and a one-size-fits-all approach to education simply doesn’t work.

In my work, I’m seeing more and more young people who have left the school system after incredibly difficult experiences. We need an education system that recognises and responds to individual needs, so every child has the opportunity to thrive 🙏
