A massive thank you to all the lovely ladies who joined me for the ‘Feel Grounded’ workshop 4 On The High Street | Est. 2025 In September. As always, special thanks to Caz and Andy for providing the most beautiful setting for our journey together. 🌿

I can’t believe it’s already been almost a month since we gathered! Time is flying, but I’m so excited for our next session: ‘Follow Your Joy’ on Sunday, October 18th. 💫

This uplifting workshop is all about reconnecting with what truly lights you up. We’ll be working with the sacral chakra and the vibrant energy of carnelian crystals to ignite your inner joy and creativity.

Join us for a lovely afternoon of festive creativity, mindfulness and a little time just for YOU! ❤️

Get into the Christmas spirit as you create your very own beautiful Christmas wreath, with plenty of guidance and all materials provided.

🎁 You’ll also get to make your own Wellness Bauble, filling it with little self-care goodies such as lip balm, aromatherapy oils and other treats to take home and enjoy.

And because Christmas can be such a busy time, we’ll also enjoy a calming mindfulness relaxation session, giving you the chance to pause, unwind and recharge. 🌿
