This weeks classes were AMAZING!! 🎶 Thank you for joining me ❤️
I had whopping ear ache/ headache BOTH days.. 😫 but I shown up. For You, for Us! 🎶🥰

Because... over the years I've realised that no matter how 'naff' I may feel on 'class day' I leave feeling amazing! 🎶

I took it steady this week & learned alot! And, you guys!! 👀 we're absolutely fantastic! 🔥 You absolutely wipe the floor with those routines 💪

Q: I would love to try Zumba, but how do I know what to do?

A: Don't worry.. I use a microphone to give pointers of what's coming next, I que using hand gestures & use easy to follow routines 🙂

Come & give it a go! Kx
