Millions of us have experienced a mental health problem, or seen a loved one struggle. Some of us have seen our already fragile mental health plummet, while the support networks around us disappear. We’ve seen our friends, our partners, our parents, our children and ourselves struggle. Hail Yourself came into fruition after the tragic loss of a much loved musician, James Miller. l words, 'Hail Yourself' tattooed on his neck he offered support and friendship to others who also struggled with their mental health. However he lost his own battle in 2020 and it is with great honour that we use his own words to offer practical support to people during a time when waiting lists are growing longer and the demand for services are gooing through the roof.
