π₯Ά HAS ANYONE ELSE STARTED DOING THE COLD-WEATHER WALK YET?
You know the oneβ¦
Shoulders up around your ears.
Hands buried in your pockets.
Head tucked down.
And walking considerably faster because it's freezing! π
When the temperature drops, it's easy to tense your muscles and hunch your shoulders without even realising you're doing it. We may also spend more time indoors, move less and generally change our routines as the colder months arrive.
For some people, this can make existing aches, stiffness or restricted movement feel more noticeable.
𧣠Keep yourself warm
πΆ Try to stay active
π Move and stretch regularly
πͺ Avoid spending too long in one position
And this is also where chiropractic care can come into the picture.
Chiropractors assess the joints, muscles and movement of the body and may be able to help with certain musculoskeletal problems, including back and neck pain.
So while we can't do anything about the British weatherβ¦ π§οΈπ₯Ά
We can help you look after the body that's dealing with it!
