Come along for a friendly afternoon, meet new people and find out about support available in your local community.

Providing support, advice and signposting.

📱 NHS App support will also be available—bring your smartphone or tablet if you would like some help.

Cakes will be available in return for a donation to Macmillan Cancer Support. You can also scan the QR code on the poster to donate.

August Women's Wellbeing Hubs 🌸

This month's theme is Food and Fitness, with two fantastic sessions designed to support your health and wellbeing.

🥗 Friday 7th August – Dietitian Grace Agi Edoh shares her Top 10 Tips for Women's Health Nutrition.

💚 Tuesday 18th August – Learn about the Lymphatic System and Lymphatic Drainage with a workshop led by Andy from ARP.

The hub is free, welcoming and family-friendly, with activities for children if you need to bring them along.
