🏆🐾 WHAT AN ACHIEVEMENT, LUCY & NORA! 🐾🏆

We are absolutely bursting with pride to celebrate a HUGE agility achievement for our very own Lucy and her amazing girl, Nora 🐾 🧡

Nora has only gone and beaten 194 dogs to qualify at one of the biggest agility shows in the world 🙌 🙈🏆

With 18 rings and roughly 400 dogs running in each ring every day, the level of competition is incredible, so to come out on top and earn a qualification to the London International Horse Show in December is something very, very special! 😍👏

And we love that Nora’s journey includes a weekly swim here at Burntwood Canine Hydro as part of her agility training programme. 🏊‍♀️🐕

Swimming is a fantastic form of conditioning for agility dogs, helping to build strength, fitness and endurance while providing a low impact workout that is kinder to their joints.

Nora is proof that all that hard work, dedication and training really can pay off! 💪🐾

A HUGE congratulations to Lucy & Nora, we couldn’t be prouder of you both 🧡🏆

😎 ☀️ 🏝️ 🐢 As it’s holiday season, some of our team will be taking some well earned annual leave over the next couple of weeks. While we’ll still be here providing the same great care for all of our wonderful dogs, our admin responses may take a little longer than usual. 🏝️ 🦩 🦀

We really appreciate your patience if it takes us a little longer to reply to messages, emails or calls. We’ll get back to everyone as soon as we can.

Today, our team took a few minutes away from the pool to meet the newest resident here at Moorhouse Equestrian Centre… and we all completely fell in love! 🐴💕

Isn’t this little foal just the cutest? 🥹

One of the many things we love about being based at Moorhouse Equestrian Centre is that every day is a little different. We’re surrounded by beautiful countryside, incredible horses, wonderful facilities and a friendly community that makes it such a special place to work.

While we’re helping dogs recover from injury, build strength, improve mobility or simply enjoy their hydrotherapy sessions, we also get to experience moments like this that remind us why we love what we do.

We’re very lucky to call Moorhouse Equestrian Centre our home, and we can’t wait to watch this gorgeous little one grow over the coming months. ❤️

📚✨ Supporting the next generation of Veterinary Physiotherapists ✨📚

Over the past few years, we’ve had the pleasure of welcoming both Rhianna and Sophie to Burntwood Hydro as part of their Veterinary Physiotherapy placements from Harper Adams University.

It’s been wonderful to watch them both grow in confidence, develop their practical skills, and progress towards their chosen careers. Seeing students put their learning into practice and flourish is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

As Rhianna gets ready to head back to Harper Adams University to begin her final year, we’d like to wish her the very best of luck, we know she’ll do brilliantly 🍀

At the same time, we’re delighted to welcome Sophie back to Burntwood, now that she has successfully completed her final year. Congratulations, Sophie! 🎉 We love to having you back with the team.

We’re incredibly proud to play a small part in helping shape the future of veterinary physiotherapy and look forward to seeing what both of these talented ladies achieve.

You’ll be working alongside our Hydrotherapist in a clinical setting, gaining hands‑on experience with dogs and supporting their rehabilitation journey.

✨ What We’re Looking For:
• Confidence with dogs of all sizes and temperaments
• Reliable and with transport — we’re not on a bus route
• Professionalism and a warm, caring approach to clients
• Interest in canine therapy and a willingness to learn
• Comfortable in a clinical, hands‑on environment
