We are a disabled person's user led organisation in Doncaster. We offer advice, support and assistance to anyone encountering one of the many barriers facing disabled people, and those who care for them. We're here to change that.

Join Active Independence for Art of Wellbeing crafting session with Maria.

This week, we are making Remembrance Day Cushion Covers. It’s completely FREE to attend. Come along to learn new crafting skills, upcycle items, and make new friends in a relaxed environment.

Open to Disabled People, Carers, and PAs who want to explore their creative side.

Booking: No need to book—just turn up on the day

It was so lovely welcoming new members alongside our returning regulars

Today, Cathy guided us through an invigorating upper body mobility practice—focusing on the spine, arms, and hand rotations—followed by a smooth seated-to-standing flow and balance work.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and brought such great energy to the room. Hope to see you next week.
