Starting tomorrow, Connect to Work will be available every week on the Health Van at different locations across Barnsley!

Connect to Work is a free employment support service for residents aged 18 and over who have a physical or mental health condition, learning disability, neurodiversity, or other circumstances that make finding or staying in work more challenging.

What a brilliant few days for Your Heart Your Move on Vinnie! 🚌❤️

Friday and Saturday, Doncaster North West Primary Care Network took their British Heart Foundation funded project ‘Your Heart, Your Move’ out into the community on the Health Van and hosted three amazing pop-up events at Doncaster Dome, the Sultania Mosque and Doncaster Rovers Football Club.

🩺 50 PocDoc health tests completed
🙌 Over 200 people engaged

Three very different settings, but one shared goal: making heart health more accessible, raising awareness and helping people take positive steps towards looking after themselves.

This is exactly what Your Heart Your Move is all about: meeting people where they are, building connections in our communities, and focusing on prevention instead of treatment! ❤️‍🩹

A huge thank you to everyone who has helped make the last few days happen. So much hard work goes on behind the scenes to bring these opportunities to life, and it’s fantastic to see it making a difference across Doncaster. ❤️

As part of the Your Heart Your Health event, Vinnie will be on site offering health checks, including blood pressure and cholesterol checks.

🗓️ Saturday 10th October
📍 12pm - 3pm → Doncaster Rovers Football Club

No appointment is needed, just drop by to learn more about your heart health and the support available to help you make positive changes.
