Robins appear when loved ones are near.
Have you ever heard the saying ?
Today was my 11th without my lovely Dad who died 12 days after my 50th birthday.

Mr B took me to one of my bucket list places -Hebden Bridge and as we sat by the river enjoying a drink a bird came and sat with us
This is how the conversation went :“That’s a Robin “ says I “Can’t be it’s not red” says he
“ are young robins red “ says me “ I’ll ask google “ says him and , who knew picture ⬇️is of a young robin .
Thanks Dad everydays a school day .

Who believes in Angel Numbers?
Today our page hit 888followers 😇I have this week completed an 8 session grief resolution program with a very special group of people.
I feel this ⬇️ alludes to the that fact ,
that my purpose , my Grief Specialist Knowledge benifits others . As it says I have “something to share with those that cross my path “
If you at a stage in your grief journey where you know you’d benifit from grief therapy please contact me via my website

This resonates on so many levels both personal and professionally.
I hear if so often -many families divided following bereavement. This the creates more grief for those
Individuals ,losing relationships as they knew them . This is often part of the work I do with my Grief Therapy clients .
Please reach out if that’s you and I can help in any way . DM or via my website

Grief Doesn't Divide Families. Expectations About Grief Often Do.

One person needs to talk.

Another can't bear to mention their loved one's name.

One wants to keep every belonging exactly where it is.

Another needs to clean out the closet to survive.

One cries every day.

Another rarely cries at all.

One visits the cemetery every week.

Another never goes.

Neither person is grieving incorrectly.

They're grieving differently.

One of the greatest tragedies I have witnessed is watching families fracture after the death of someone they all loved.

Not because they didn't love each other...

But because they expected everyone to grieve the same way they did.

We mistake difference for indifference.

We assume silence means someone doesn't care.

We believe tears prove love.

We judge the sibling who returned to work quickly.

We criticize the spouse who laughs too soon.

We question the child who doesn't want to keep every photograph.

Yet grief has never been one-size-fits-all.

The same death creates a different loss for every person it touches.

A husband loses a wife.

A daughter loses a mother.

A brother loses a sister.

A grandchild loses a grandmother.

The person they lost was the same.

The relationship they lost was not.

Perhaps one of the greatest gifts we can give each other is permission to grieve differently.

Because at the end of the day...

We're all grieving the same person.

Let's not lose each other too.

These in terms of grief therapy are the Wishes and regrets the woulda , coulda , shouldas. Letting go of those feelings of guilt by working towards resolution has been discribed to me my clients as ‘ life changing’
‘Sorting my head out’. ‘ feeling lighter’ You don’t love your person any less or stop missing them but that relationship can feel different.

There is no "right" way to grieve. Everyone's experience is different, and emotions -including guilt - often change over time. Talking about feelings of guilt, or writing them down, can help put them into perspective.
