Similar to other types of reflexology, the ear reflex points include points for every body part, organ and gland - as well as master points that can help with emotional regulation, hormonal balance and easing pain.

Because the ears are so small, an ear reflexology session can be performed in a relatively short time compared to other reflexology sessions. A standard treatment is 25 mins.

Ear reflexology can also be added to another treatment such as foot reflexology, face reflexology, Indian head massage or sound therapy, making the overall effect of any session more effective.

Or it can be a shorter direct treatment working just on specific points, included within a foot/face reflexology session to enhance the effects of an issue that we are working on.
