Just a little notice…

I won’t be doing any events or churches for a little while, as I’ve decided to take a bit of a break.

I’m still waiting for surgery on my arm, and with working all week as well, I need to give myself some time to chill, unwind and not take too much on 🧘‍♀️✨

I’ll still be on TikTok though, so make sure you’re following me to catch my lives and videos! 💜✨

I’ll keep the page updated and let you all know when I’m ready to start doing events and churches again.

For now, it’s just time for me to slow things down a little and give myself a rest! 🦋✨

Karma always comes back around tenfold — the good and the bad. 👏🏼

Give out the good energy, have good intentions and always stay true to yourself. What you put out into the world has a funny way of finding its way back to you.

But also learn when to stop going above and beyond for people who wouldn’t do the same for you. You can have a good heart and still have boundaries. Protect your peace, match the effort you’re given, and never feel guilty for choosing yourself, for overthinking or for seeing the good in people.

Keep your heart good, your intentions genuine, and let the rest take care of itself. ✨

Since my little accident in February I had to take a step back and recover, and I didn’t realise it then but it was something I needed to do. I was doing way to much & constantly doing favours for people that wouldn’t do the same for me, and it took me those few months to realise that sometimes we become so caught up in everyday life that we don’t notice where our energy is going 🦋✨
Maybe some things really do happen to redirect us. Not everything that slows you down is there to stop you — sometimes it’s there to make you pause & reflect to come back better and stronger💪🏼✨

You can still have a good heart without constantly pouring from your own cup to fill everyone else’s. 🫶🏼
Sometimes the pause is part of the path🤍✨
