A few of you know that I have Grandma's Shelf in my therapy room displaying a few items from my Betsy Jane Gifts business.

I love them.

Did you know that I offer Indian Head Massage, Champissage, another Ayuvedic treatment available at THT.
This therapy works on pressure points, lymphatic flow and connects mind, body, and spirit.
IHM offers stress relief, improves circulation, and is a great tonic for scalp and hair.
I work on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face. This therapy relieves muscle tension reducing upper back pain, helps with headaches, sinus problems, and supports better sleep patterns.
I use a natural oil during this treatment, which is beneficial for skin, hair and scalp.

They say that every day either brings a lesson or a blessing.
Today brought me a lesson.
It showed me who is actually there for you when you need them, they show up regardless. Thankyou to those who showed up in our hour of need this morning. 🙏
Unfortunately, this cannot be said about those who you thought you could rely upon.
Today, my lesson was delivered.
I hold my hands up high. Thankyou for teaching me the valuable difference 🙌

It's been another warm day here at THT.
My fan has been on overtime despite it not being as hot as previous days, but I am generally touching another body when massaging etc, which is also quite warm, double heat! 🥵
Are you stressed? Suffering from anxiety and depression?
