Well that's another week over. The washer is doing the last load, and I am ready to get my feet up for an hour or two, my job is done.🙌
This week has been busy and satisfying. No two weeks are the same and I love that.
A diary change, just a slot on Monday afternoon left next week now, 3.30 or 4pm.

Yesterday, I had a call for help from a client who had struggled to relax and sleep for the last 3 days. How awful.
I had a gap in my diary last thing and this client came over.
I decided in this instance, to try reiki then a foot massage.
The session went well, and in the end I just chose to stick to reiki only.
My client left and went home.
This morning I have just received a message from this client saying they slept all night 🥳🥳
What better news to start the day!
This situation will need working on for sure, but this is a marvellous start 😀

What was going to be a quietish day turned into a very busy one!

I have been for a brisk walk to blow the cobwebs away.

For those of you who have been following my personal family journey over the last 2 years or so, I'd just like to say we have received some excellent news that the results are all clear.
To say we are ecstatic is an understatement.
I know lots of other people are going through similar health worries right now, and my love and strength is with you all.
We try and be strong on the outside but some days are harder than others.
