💙 Signpost or refer you to specialist mental health and community services where needed
💙 Work closely with your GP and the wider practice team to ensure you receive the right support.

If you're struggling with your mental health, you don't have to face it alone. Speak to your GP practice to find out if an appointment with one of our Mental Health Practitioners is right for you.

💉 Since 1 January 2026, young children are being offered the MMRV vaccine, which protects against measles, mumps, rubella and chickenpox .

If you're unsure whether you or your child is up to date with vaccinations, please contact the practice.

📬 Received your NHS Bowel Screening test through the post? Don't put it in a drawer... put it by the loo instead! 🚽

Keeping your Bowel Screening kit somewhere you'll see it, like next to the toilet, is a simple reminder to complete it.

The test is quick, easy to do at home, and could help detect bowel cancer early, when treatment is most effective.

✅ When it arrives:
🚽 Put it by the loo
🧪 Complete the test as soon as you can
📮 Pop it back in the post

A few minutes of your time could make a big difference to your health. 💙
