Grow with the Flow - Children's Yoga with Nikki I share a passion for both yoga and children and young peoples development.

Yoga can help children in gaining resilience, emotional autonomy and physical well-being in order to help cope with society’s ever increasing demands and pressures. I gained Early Years Teacher Status at Marjons University in 2009 and have recently qualified as a childrens yoga teacher accredited by Yoga Alliance Prodessionals.

PLEASE WhatsApp or Message 07810830084 for more info and to secure your child a place. Today consists of planning for the 5-7yrs Yoga classes at The Dorchester yoga and Therapy Centre starting on Jan 7th- Feb 11th from 4-5pm every Tuesday. Children learn through play and yoga teaches children body awareness, how to connect their physical feelings to their emotions, how to self regulate using skills they’ll learn when feeling overwhelming emotions, it enhances fine and gross motor skills and improves their focus as well as teaching them relaxation techniques to go to sleep in a happy mindframe. All this sounds very serious but it’s done through play and allows them to feel connection with themselves, others and the world around them all while having fun 🤩 what more could you ask for?! 🙏🧘‍♀️❤️
