Our recent trial using AI technology in Dorset care homes is being featured on BBC One's local news this evening (Tuesday 28 April, from 6:30pm).

The report looks at how the sensors helped cut falls, ambulance callouts and hospital transfers, and the difference it’s making for residents and staff.

This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing daily care operations, supporting staff development, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

*NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care
*Experience in a senior care role within a residential setting
*Strong leadership and team management skills
*Excellent knowledge of care standards and regulations
