☀️ Summer has arrived in the South West, with more extremely warm weather on the way this week. 🌡️

As temperatures rise, remember to take care of yourself and those around you:

💧 Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated

🧴 Apply sunscreen regularly

👒 Try to avoid the hottest part of the day where possible (between 11am and 3pm)

❤️ Check in on older relatives, neighbours, and anyone who may be vulnerable

🚑 Call 999 in a life-threatening emergency

We apologise for the inconvenience, but we are currently still unable to accept card payments.

If you pay for your prescriptions and need to collect your medication, please ensure you bring cash with you when visiting the dispensary.

We hope to have a new machine delivered tomorrow Tuesday 9th June. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work to resolve this issue.

Unfortunately we are encountering some issues with our card machine at present and therefore unable to process payments besides cash until further notice. We are working on this as a matter of urgency but in the meantime please be aware, particularly if collecting medication

Emergency Prescriptions

If you have run out of prescribed medicine and require more urgently, there are a few ways to get an emergency supply, including out of hours. These are as follows:

➡️Using the 111 online emergency prescription service
➡️Visiting a local pharmacy
➡️Visiting an urgent treatment centre
➡️Go to A&E if it's an emergency
