A snippet of our most wonderful day. So many happy tears, special time with friends and family. Special thank you all involved… Cerne Abbas Brewery , Nina and team… just wow! The perfect venue. Little announcement 📣

Our wedding day is soon approaching so I will be slowing down in preparation for the big event.

I will be teaching until Wednesday 1st July, and back on 16th July to start Pilates and make new batches of BMB balm to keep your skin healthy through the dry summer months.. but you can still get some from the following stockpot in Dorset and local areas.

I feel very privileged to have a job that keeps me strong and supple, and to teach so many amazing people. Our growing online community now cover Europe and even NZ .. wow! 🤩

I came into Pilates by accident through injury, but I’ve never looked back. I only wish I’d found it earlier.

Over many years of training I’ve developed a lovely schedule for people to access live on Zoom with me and well as a full on demand platform.

We have a fabulous growing community.

These classes are easy to access, and a great fit for a busy lifestyle.

I teach live every Monday at 8:30 AM UK time and also every Wednesday at 9:15

If you would like to try a class for free then just get in touch. If you are working during these hours, why not consider my own demand platform where you can access 24 hours a day.

There is a summer sale running until 31 July, which is just 15 pound for six weeks.

Thank you to all of the amazing local shops that’s have been so supportive and welcoming. I feel so fortunate to have all 7 shops I have approached with my product have said yes to stocking it! 🥹💕

Taking my product into shops to explain what it is, why it’s been rated 100% clean on the yuka health app, what’s in it, and would you like to stock it… can be a bit daunting. Making it is easy compared to all the selling process… but the relationships o now have with all the shop owners is very special.. see below the list so far!!

Kicking off the first of 3 divine events in Dorset this August.

Join me on a beautiful sensory fusion of yin and restorative yoga live, in Stoke Abbott.

Join me for an afternoon of gentle movement, yin and restorative yoga.

🧘‍♂️ Early Bird discount £45 if booked before 31st July full price £55.).

Settle into long-held, passive stretches that soothe the nervous system and nourish the fascia and joints. Yin yoga encourages stillness, breath awareness, and deep release.

Restorative Yoga Session Close your journey with a calming, deeply restful practice. Restorative yoga promotes better sleep, emotional balance and relief from mental tension.

We’ll finish by gathering for tea and sweet treat to reflect on our session.
