However if you have found that we need to improve something at one of our sites, it is usually better if we get first hand information rather than an anonymous review - that way we can alter whatever went wrong for you. The new look NHS App is being rolled out to users and will take a few weeks until it hits all devices. The improvements, based on feedback from both patients and staff, make it easier for people to find the services patients need and is part of the drive to improve digital access as set out in the 10 Year Health Plan for England. Changes include a new home page and relocating information making it easier to navigate to the services you need. You can find out more about the changes and view a video about the change on the following link:

Find out what changes we are making to the layout of the NHS App and why we are making them. The NHS App provides a simple and secure way for people to access a range of NHS services on their smartphone or tablet.

🤗Happy 1st National Practice Managers Day 🤗

Today we celebrate Practice Managers - and if you are wondering who they are let me tell you.

We're not always patient-facing, but we're the ones holding the practice together behind the scenes. From HR, staffing, emotional support, estates, finance, forward planning and anything else that comes along!

Practice Management demands strong interpersonal skills, organisation, problem solving, resilience, and a whole lot of heart, and today is about recognising every single person who shows up, holds it together, and keeps Primary Care moving.

So from our Practice Manager and her team at the Atrium and Crossways, and to practices across Dorset and the rest of the UK - 🦸‍♀️Happy Practice Managers Day 🦸‍♂️

Proud to be a Practice Manager today and everyday

Did you know that today is Transgender Day of Visibility? This is an international event dedicated to recognizing the resilience and accomplishments of the transgender community. This day celebrates the transgender population amongst us, raises awareness about the struggles that they face, and advocates for more protected rights for them in a bid to reform society and empower this community. Let’s join hands together with the trans community to celebrate not ‘fitting in’ when we all yearn to stand out!
