At 61 I realised time is passing more quickly and not to put things off. Today I set off to Brussels for my Yoga therapy training. I will qualify when I am 64. As someone who didn't have a baby until my forties i am finally flying the nest.😀🙏🧘‍♀️

Just reflecting on a wonderful day yesterday with Palm and Bowl for a training in tibetan singing bowls. I can highly recommend Natalie so knowledgeable and patient. I invested in my first bowl and I will be introducing it only Valley Yoga and Pilates . I hope to see you soon 😊 🙏

I'm currently here in Letchworth which is less than 30 minutes from King's Cross. Nice town with lots of independent shops. Had the best coffee at a lovely coffee shop, chatting to the lady serving me who was originally from Athens.
Im on some training today with Palm and Bowl
Classes as normal next week before I head off to Brussels. 🙏

Good morning. Had a lovely weekend at home. Yoga and Coffee in the garden on Saturday morning and the annual village fete in the afternoon.
Sunday is now my time in the gym and then home to spend time with my dogs.
Back to work today before travelling on Friday for some exciting training.
Monday is a busy day for me.
