We’ll begin by arriving, settling in, and enjoying a welcome drink together before moving into a gentle Yoga flow designed to awaken your life force energy and prepare your body and mind to receive 💫

From there, you’ll be invited to rest in complete comfort, supported by bolsters and blankets, as you fully immerse yourself in the powerful Heka energy transmission.

We’ll close the evening by spending time together in the beautiful grounds of The Retreat, allowing space to integrate, reflect, and, if you wish, share your experience.

This will be an especially magical evening as we’re gathering during the peak of the Lion’s Gate Portal - a time associated with manifestation, abundance, and stepping into your highest potential 🦁✨

On 12th August, I’m doing something that feels both exciting and a little bit terrifying… I’m cutting off around 12 inches of my hair to donate to 💖

This incredible charity creates wigs for children who have lost their hair through cancer treatment, alopecia and other medical conditions (check out their page, they’re absolutely beautiful 🥰)

Each wig costs around £500 to make, so as well as sending in my hair, I’d love to help fund a wig too 🫶

Over the next couple of weeks, I’m raising as much money as I can! 💖💫

As a thank you to everyone who supports the fundraiser, I’ll be running a prize draw with some AMAZING prizes kindly donated by local businesses.

What a beautiful evening ✨

Last night I had the pleasure of holding space alongside another incredible woman, and what a special group it was.

We circled, shared, breathed, rested and experienced the beautiful Heka Life Force Energy together. It was such a nourishing evening, and a real reminder of the magic that happens when women come together with open hearts 💞
