There wasn’t a dry eye in sight yesterday as we said goodbye to Charlotte after more than nine years of dedicated leadership. 🥹❤️ Her compassion, patience, and genuine care have touched not only our team, but every resident who has relied on her kindness and consistency. Charlotte has been a steady presence, an advocate, and a source of comfort for so many. Our residents will feel her absence deeply, but the warmth and stability she brought to our home will continue in the work we do every day. Wishing her all the happiness and success in her next chapter. 🩵
